Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, sage is used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace. We include beeswax in our sage wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Plus they smell great! We have added a tiny candle and Peacock Ore to your torch, a stone for celebration!! Pour Vida’s Bee’s Sneeze Herbal Torches are made to order so please wait until fully dry to ignite. To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space, self or item. To extinguish, tap into dirt or sand until no longer smoking.
