SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. If an item is out of stock or shipping from an alternate warehouse, we will contact you to let you know ETA. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please allow extra processing time due to influx in orders.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Mi Vida.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number.
