"Aqui Nomas Pendejeando" loosely translates to "just here hanging out/fooling around" and promotes the idea that we don't have to be doing something productive ALL the time. It's okay to have moments of rest and unproductivity. We don't have to constantly be "grinding" or "hustling" especially if we're struggling with our mental health. We are more than our productivity and sometimes you need a reminder to take a break and chill out.
