“Catrina’s Spirit” is a Day of the Dead sticker of a Catrina Calavera (skeleton) in her monarch butterfly dress. Monarch butterflies are a powerful symbol in Mexican culture. Monarch butterflies arrive in Mexico during the Day of the Dead (Día de Los Muertos) holiday. People believe they are the souls of ancestors who are returning to Earth for their annual visit.
